State License Examination
There is a new NCC Substance Abuse Examination application that will be available within the next few weeks. We will have it posted for your convenience as soon as it is released.
Once the application is completed, send all documents including payment to:

Note: Do not send the application to the New York address listed on the Application. It must go directly to AUSAP. They will send it back to you and you may miss the testing!
The cost for the Level I and Level II Testing is $185 for AUSAP/NAADAC members and $200 for non-members.
The cost for the MAC Testing is $200 for AUSAP/NAADAC members and $250 for non-members.
Study Guides are $170 + 7.00 for Shipping.
Once we receive the application and payment AUSAP will schedule a seat at the next testing. Unfortunately this is a national test that occurs the same time nationwide. We do not have any say on the firm testing dates or deadlines.

2012 Testing Dates:
Spring Testing Period: March 3rd – March 10th
Enrollment deadline: February 1st
Summer Testing Period: June 2nd- June 9th
Enrollment deadline: April 15th
Fall Testing Period: September 8th – September 15th
Enrollment deadline: July 15th
Winter Testing Period: December 1st – December 8th
Enrollment deadline: October 15th
(Students may test at the testing center of their choice. Locations and testing information can be found at: www.ptcny.com/cbt/sites.htm. You will receive notification of Pass/Fail approx. 4 to 6-weeks after completion of the test.)
AUSAP will hold a pre-test workshop 4-weeks prior to the exam for $35. Each test candidate will be notified of the time and location of the workshop.
REFUNDS: There will be no refund of fees. Fees will not be transferred from one testing period to another.
